This easy recipe is great to take biking, hiking, picnic or backyard entertaining.
Ingredients
Soft tortilla shells or wraps.
Finely chopped sprouts or greens of choice
Plain ruffled potato chips
Instructions:
Spread a generous portion of Zesty Dill Cashew Cheese on the tortilla or wrap.
Chop sprouts or greens.
Add a thin layer of chopped greens on top of cashew cheese.
Crumple a few chips into small pieces and add onto the greens.
Roll up the wrap and cut into bite size pieces.
