A great way to celebrate peach season is with this creamy deliciousness. We used fresh and local tree ripened peaches with a decadent spread made with our Double Creme cashew cheese on homemade waffles.

Ingredients
- 
Use your favourite recipe to make some waffles. I like to make extra and keep them frozen to have on hand then warm them in a toaster oven. 
- 
Fresh ripe peaches 
Creamy Spread Ingredients
- 
1 package of Fauxmagerie Zengarry Double Cream cashew cheese 
- 
½ cup Maple Syrup 
- 
½ TSP of cinnamon 
- 
½ TSP of vanilla 
- 
dash of sea salt optional 
Instructions:
- 
Take out the Fauxmagerie Zengarry Double Creme Cashew Cheese of the fridge and put in a bowl at least 30 min. prior to preparing the spread so it will be at room temperature and easier to mix. 
- 
Add maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, sea salt to the bowl and mix with a hand mixer or spoon until creamed together. 
- 
Cut peaches and set aside. 
- 
Bake waffles according to your favourite recipe. 
- 
Put together your waffle stack. Waffle on the bottom, spread of creamy spread, cut peaches, then put the second waffle on top followed by creamy spread and cut peaches. Enjoy.
